Hernia question 17 years old?

So, I'm 17, one of my testicles (left) is bigger than the right one. I know this is common, but this is not a slight difference, its not HUGE, but there is a difference.
Now, I ALREADY HAD HERNIA SURGERY WHEN I WAS LIKE 6!

Could one my testicles be smaller BECAUSE of the surgery I HAD?
