Transferring to a 4 year university?

I went to a 4 year U (Virginia Commonwealth U) and hated it after 3 semesters, left and went to community college back home this semester (spring 2013). I'm now applying to schools for fall 2013 and a little confused. It asks to apply from a 4 year u or a community college, not both. I'm guessing from a community college but who knows
